rebooter	13 oct 2007	Daemon that monitors availability to create processes in the system (fork()). If rebooter detects that it is impossible to create new processes the program gracefully reboots the system. Optionally, it is possible to create dump of kernel memory for further analization. Simple evil program that eats up all processes in the system is also included in tarball (forkbomb.c) for fun and testing :)
